How to make a return?
In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (and subsequent amendments and additions), the consumer customer, if not satisfied with the products purchased, can return them within 14 days of delivery and obtain a refund of the price already paid in advance.
To make a return, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery of the products, by sending an email to contact@interpul-leida.com containing all the information necessary and useful for the correct processing of the return and refund procedure.
In detail, we ask you to indicate in the email:
- Your wish to withdraw in whole or in part from the purchase contract
- The description of the products for which you are exercising the right of withdrawal.
Following receipt of the communication in which you inform us of your desire to exercise the right of withdrawal, and after confirming that the requirements indicated above correspond, we will agree with you, via email, the methods for returning the products .
How long does it take for the refund to be processed for a return?
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the product, after checking it: the product must be intact and not tampered with . The refunded amount is equivalent to the value of the purchased goods only, excluding shipping costs, which are the buyer's responsibility.
