This notice applies only to the website https://www.interpul-leida.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” for the sake of simplicity) and not to other websites that may be accessed by the user via links on the Website. The data collected by the Data Controller will be processed in compliance with the applicable regulations on confidentiality and protection of personal data and the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, relevance, completeness and non-excessiveness of information; moreover, the personal data collected automatically or through voluntary input by the user will only be processed for the purposes indicated below and stored for the time strictly necessary for these purposes.

CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS
The data provided may only be known by employees and collaborators of the Data Controller who, in their capacity as data processors and persons in charge, are expressly authorized to process such data for the sole purpose of carrying out the activities requested by the user of the website. RETENTION PERIOD

- Data collected to fulfill a legal obligation to which the controller is subject will be retained for ten years if required by law.
- If the processing is based on the user's consent, the controller may retain personal data for longer until this consent is withdrawn. In addition, the controller may be obliged to retain personal data for longer due to a legal obligation or an official order.
After the retention period has expired, the personal data will be deleted. After this period has expired, the right of access, erasure, rectification and the right to data portability can therefore no longer be exercised.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
You may at any time, without special formalities, exercise your rights vis-à-vis the controller in accordance with Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation, in particular to obtain confirmation from the controller as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed, to know the origin of the data, to obtain access to the personal data, to update, rectify, erase or request the restriction of the processing of personal data or to object to their processing and to request their portability. These articles also provide for the right of the data subject to lodge a complaint with a European supervisory authority (in Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or to lodge an appeal with a judicial authority.
Requests should be addressed to the Data Controller, also using the appropriate form provided by the Data Controller.

1 What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that the websites visited by the user send to their terminal (usually the browser), where they are stored and sent back to the same websites the next time the same user visits them. 2 What are the main types of cookies?
In this regard, and for the purposes of provision no. 229/2014 of the Privacy Guarantor, two macro-categories are identified: “technical” cookies and “profiling” cookies.
- Technical cookies. Technical cookies are those used exclusively to “carry out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide that service” (see art. 122, paragraph 1 of the Privacy Code). They are not used for any other purpose and are normally installed directly by the owner or operator of the website.
