Shipping

Shipments throughout Italy and abroad are made via express courier. An official invoice is attached to the order, declaring the value of the individual items in Euros.

How much are shipping and handling charges?

Inside the pages dedicated to the articles you will find an estimate of your shipping costs, which will then be confirmed at check-out. Inside the pages dedicated to the articles, you can also check that shipping is expected in your country: we ship throughout Italy and to selected foreign countries.

Availability of items in stock

The assortment on the Interpul-Leida Srl website reflects the exact availability of each item.

Once the order request is received, the order department reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the purchased items and the validity of the credit card transaction.

In the event that the items ordered are not available, or if for some reason the order cannot be fulfilled as requested, the order office will promptly notify you.

When will your order ship? Our commitment to fast shipping

Goods are generally dispatched within 2-3 working days of receipt of payment. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed from the following Monday morning. We do our best to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Although it is possible to request delivery of the goods to an address other than the billing address, we reserve the right to request new customers to ship the goods to the billing address of the same.

How order delivery works

All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with Interpul-Leida Srl and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the customer should refuse delivery of the shipment or request return to sender, any shipping costs charged to Interpul-Leida Srl will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.

What happens if I am not present at the delivery?

To facilitate the order delivery process and to avoid unnecessary storage, we ask you to write your telephone number when registering on our site: the courier will then be able to contact you in the event of a failed delivery and arrange a new passage with you.

If the delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient's absence and it is not possible to contact them, the couriers leave a notice. At that point the recipient can contact the courier's reference branch and arrange for a second delivery or for the collection of the goods at the same courier's office. After ten days of storage, the credit and the expenses due will be recovered and charged to the customer.

Interpul-Leida Srl shall not be held responsible in any way for any additional costs in the event of storage due to incorrect address, absent recipient or otherwise.

In the event that the order is not delivered, any storage costs will be charged to the customer. In the event that the customer does not intend to pay these costs, Interpul-Leida Srl will retain the order and the amount paid as a refund.

Immediately after delivery and in any case within 24 hours you must check whether the supply is complete and, if necessary, immediately communicate this by email to contact@interpul-leida.com

What to do upon delivery and what to do if the shipment has been damaged?

Your orders have free insurance against accidental damage in transit, which loses its validity once it reaches its destination.

In case of receipt of a non-compliant and/or tampered box/packaging, the package must be accepted with “reserve” specifying the reason (e.g. open box, broken box, wet box, etc.). Unfortunately, we cannot accept complaints and returns on shipments if you do not indicate this wording on the delivery note.

How to make a return?

In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (and subsequent amendments and additions), the consumer customer, if not satisfied with the products purchased, can return them within 14 days of delivery and obtain a refund of the price already paid in advance.

To make a return, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery of the products, by sending an email to contact@interpul-leida.com containing all the information necessary and useful for the correct processing of the return and refund procedure.

In detail, we ask you to indicate in the email:


  • Your wish to withdraw in whole or in part from the purchase contract

  • The description of the products for which you are exercising the right of withdrawal.

Following receipt of the communication in which you inform us of your desire to exercise the right of withdrawal, and after confirming that the requirements indicated above correspond, we will agree with you, via email, the methods for returning the products.

How long does it take for the refund to be processed for a return?

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the product, after checking it: the product must be intact and not tampered with. The refunded amount is equivalent to the value of the purchased goods only, excluding shipping costs, which are the buyer's responsibility.
